They did it again xDDD "Embrace, extend, and extinguish" in its finest. I’m actually not surprised by this move. AI investors expect revenue which is not there. Now when Microsoft finally hooked up people to use AI in their flows it’s finally time to get revenue. Sadly with current pricing they offered I don’t think there are companies which will pay directly to Microsoft. Anyone who knows a bit about LLMs knows that Copilot is just a shitty wrapper on Claude models. And if you can use Claude Code or Openclaude why would you pay Microsoft? Their tooling is wrong, slow and very limited.
